DESIGN PHASE
The Design Phase is a project-based engagement where over a series of four meetings, we create your 3-Year Vision and identify the key milestones that will move you toward it. This includes a full assessment of your current position, your goals, and a strategic blueprint.
Fixed Fee:
$5,000-10,000 (Based on complexity)
BUILD PHASE
12 months of hands-on implementation and financial management. This phase includes both wealth management and business strategy execution, ensuring progress toward the milestones we outlined. This structure ensures that we’re fully aligned and your growth and success directly benefit both of us.
Investment Management Fee:
• 1% up to $1M
• 0.85% $1M - $2M
• 0.70% $2M - $3M
• 0.50% over $3M
Fixed Monthly Fee:
$2,000–$5,000 for business consulting & ongoing advisory
Incentive Bonus:
Performance-based, tied to milestones set in the Design Phase
